Spare parts may be compatible with particular cisterns, models or installations. Customers are responsible for checking that a product is suitable for their requirements before installation.
If you are unsure which spare part you require, please contact us before ordering. We may ask you to provide photographs, model information or other details to help identify the appropriate part.
Any assistance we provide in identifying a part is based on the information supplied to us.
Product images and technical diagrams may be illustrative. Colours, dimensions and appearance may vary slightly from images displayed on screen.
3. Availability
Products are subject to availability.
Some products may be in stock for immediate dispatch, while others may need to be ordered or airfreighted from our suppliers.
If an item is unavailable or there is a significant delay after you place an order, we will contact you with further information and available options.
We may discontinue products or change product specifications from time to time.
4. Prices and GST
All prices displayed on our website are in Australian dollars (AUD) and, unless otherwise stated, include GST.
Prices may change without notice. Any price change will not affect an order that we have already accepted, except where an obvious pricing or system error has occurred and applicable law permits us to correct it.
Shipping charges are shown separately where applicable.
5. Orders
When you place an order, you agree to provide current, complete and accurate information.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order where reasonably necessary, including where:
- a product is unavailable;
- there has been an obvious pricing or product-information error;
- we reasonably suspect fraud or unauthorised activity; or
- we are unable to fulfil the order.
If we cancel an order after payment has been received, we will provide an appropriate refund.
6. Payment
Payment must be made using one of the payment methods available at checkout.
Payment information may be processed by Shopify and/or third-party payment providers. Their own terms and privacy practices may also apply.
7. Shipping and delivery
Orders are shipped in accordance with our Shipping Policy.
Delivery dates and timeframes are estimates unless expressly stated otherwise. Delivery may be affected by carriers, destination, availability of stock and circumstances outside our reasonable control.
Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate delivery information.
8. Returns and refunds
Returns and refunds are handled in accordance with our Returns & Refunds Policy.
For approved change-of-mind or incorrectly ordered returns, items must meet the conditions set out in that policy and may be subject to a 30% restocking fee.
The 30% restocking fee does not apply where a customer is entitled to a remedy under the Australian Consumer Law.
Australian consumers automatically receive consumer guarantees, and a business cannot remove those rights through its terms or returns policy.
9. Australian Consumer Law
Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts or modifies any guarantee, right or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law or other applicable law.
Goods supplied to consumers come with statutory consumer guarantees, including guarantees relating to acceptable quality, fitness for purpose and correspondence with their description. Remedies may include repair, replacement or refund depending on the circumstances and nature of the failure.
10. Installation and use
Spare parts should be installed and used appropriately and in accordance with any relevant manufacturer instructions.
Where professional installation is required or appropriate, customers should use a suitably qualified tradesperson.
To the extent permitted by law, P3 Smart Parts is not responsible for damage caused by incorrect installation, misuse, unauthorised modification or use of a product for a purpose for which it was not designed.
Nothing in this section limits any rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded.
11. Website information
Information provided on this website is intended to assist customers in selecting and purchasing products.
We may correct errors, inaccuracies or omissions and update information where necessary.
We do not guarantee that the website will always be uninterrupted, error-free or available.
